NEW BEDFORD, MA – Guy Cotten USA has recently signed a marketing agreement with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) to help promote the fight against breast cancer.
Guy Cotten will donate 5% of US sales of their popular rain gear, fleece wear, and boots to BCRF.
The company will also create a whole new “Fish in Pink” merchandising line of T shirts, sweaters, and caps – and 10% of those proceeds will be donated to BCRF.
The BCRF’s mission is to advance the world’s most promising research to eradicate breast cancer.
Guy Cotten group is already working in Europe with groups such as Explore (<www.explore-Jourdain.com>) to encourage sustainable technological innovation and ecologically-friendly management of the marine environment.
The company was directly touched three years ago by the passing of its founder and president Guy Cotten from cancer.
His daughter, Nadine Cotten-Bertholom – now principal shareholder and president of the group, and who has been in the company for 20 years as CEO – is taking the lead in Guy Cotten’s fight against breast cancer.
