Dan likes to take good care of his fleet, so he and a crew of guys from his company, Nordic Inc., undertook a major project \u2013 the stem-to-stern rebuilding of his 108&#8242; scalloper Liberty.<\/p>\n<p>Built in 1987 by Houma, LA-based Main Iron Works Inc., she was starting to show her age.
