On hand were representatives of the 12 associations housed under the new roof at 59 East Farm Road on the University of Rhode Island (URI) campus here.<\/p>\n<p>Ted Platz, who serves as president of both CFCRI and the Rhode Island Monkfish Association, said that the building shows what the industry can do when it invests in itself.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is an early milestone of where we\u2019re going on a long road to a bigger, better, and brighter future in Rhode Island,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Read the rest and much, much more in the November issue of Commercial Fisheries News.
