and<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Culinary versatility.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we put a lobsterman in front of a chef or someone from the media, it\u2019s electric,\u201d said Matt Jacobson, executive director of the MLMC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Maine lobster story resonates\u00a0\u2013 and by tying it back to these pillars we\u2019re making Maine lobster relevant to our core audiences by listening to what the market is looking for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The MLMC\u2019s efforts ramped up earlier this summer with the first \u201cMaine After Midnight\u201d industry event in Dallas, TX which was attended by top chefs, media, and influencers.<\/p>\n<p>Events will also be held in Chicago, San Francisco, and New York to drive awareness for Maine lobster.<\/p>\n<p>In each market the MLMC will also be hosting a \u201clunch &amp;
