Product News: Friendship Trap’s GorillaWood runners

FRIENDSHIP, ME – Friendship Trap Company (FTC) refers to its new GorillaWood trap runners as being made from “the toughest species in the jungle.”

FTC did extensive research to find the best junglewood to use in tough marine environments – and the result bears the GorillaWood name.

ftc-runnersdscf0010Its high silica content makes it naturally resistant to marine borer worms (having passed 15-year tests in the borer-infested Panama Canal Zone) and GorillaWood is superior to teak and oak in abarasion resistance (one proven high-traffic application is on the landing decks of aircraft carriers).

GorillaWood runners are an available option on all Friendship traps.
