And then the guy sitting at the bar in the knit cap, well-worn tee, jeans, and sandals spun around on his stool and grinned at me.
“I didn’t recognize you back-to,” I said.
“This is my uniform from now on,” said Stew, muckling onto my arm. We retreated to a quiet corner to talk.
